How photo claims works

How to submit your photo claim

Open the Esurance Mobile app and do the following:

Tap the menu icon in the upper left corner and select "Claims".

Tap "Appraisal center" on the claims overview page.

Tap "get started".

Take photos of the damage, the entire vehicle, and the VIN.

Tap "submit now" and finally "complete".

Once you're set, your claims rep will reach out to you within one business day to provide an estimate for repairs or schedule an in-person appraisal.
